Implementing IT service management projects has always been a challenge for various managerial, personal, organizational and instrumental reasons and their failure rate is high. The secret to the success of such projects goes back to various factors, the lack of attention to any of which leads to the definitive failure of the ITSM implementation project in the organization or company. I have witnessed many times the failure of a project simply due to the lack of support from an operational force, which has cost thousands of hours of time, billions of tomans of capital, the credibility of managers and, most importantly, the pessimism of the factors involved in the project in continuing or restarting it.
As an internationally renowned expert, relying on years of education and experience in Iran and other countries of the world, I am very willing to use my experiences in this regard in any responsibility such as mentor, trainer, project supervisor, project manager and consultant in order to fully implement the expected goals of ITSM management and project. Undoubtedly, considering the material and reputational costs of implementing ITSM projects and their high failure rate, moving without relying on expertise and experience on this uneven path is far from wise.
